Steven Porch serves as Chief Legal Counsel for the Department of Commerce and Executive Broadband Manager for the AEDC Arkansas Rural Connect program. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and has served in various government roles for 17 years.

Steve Boyster serves as Deputy Director for Department of Finance and Administration and Commerce Broadband Office Supervisor for AEDC and the Arkansas Rural Connect Program. As an Electronic Engineering graduate, he has 25-plus years of knowledge and experience with Network/Broadband technical design.

Nicolas Aguelakakis serves as Senior Economic Analyst for the State of Arkansas since August 2017. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects, including studying workforce and career paths in Arkansas, impact of tax policy and designing geospatial optimizing algorithms. Trained as a theorist before becoming a policy economist, Nicolas has a PhD in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis as well as two masters in Economics.
