In addition to federal programs offering assistance with affordability, the Arkansas Rural Connect (ARC) Grant Program fosters heavy competition among internet service providers, ultimately leading to lower costs for consumers when projects are complete.

Lifeline
Lifeline is a federal program that lowers the monthly cost of phone or internet service. Eligible consumers can receive up to $9.25 off the cost of phone, internet, or bundled services.
