The Arkansas State Broadband Office announces that the initial 30-day challenge phase of the BEAD Mapping Challenge Process will officially conclude on Friday, April 19, at 11:59 PM. This first phase of the challenge process began at 12 noon on March 20.
Eligible challengers are encouraged to finalize and submit their challenges in advance of tomorrow night’s deadline. Additionally, residents will be able to continue submitting speed tests and suggested corrections (with required documentation) through tomorrow night’s deadline.
As the volume of challenges is expected to rapidly increase over the next 32 hours, the second phase of the challenge process, the rebuttal phase, will not begin on Saturday, April 20. The Arkansas State Broadband Office will make an announcement next week regarding the start of the rebuttal phase of the challenge process.
